How to Request, Make or Change an Appointment
Refer yourself to a Pharmacy for minor illnesses
Patients are now able to refer themselves to a Pharmacy for minor illnesses, such as:
- Cold or Flu symptoms
- Sore throat
- Cough
- Diarrhoea
- Skin / Rash issues
- Hay Fever
Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals and can offer clinical advice and medicines for all sorts of minor ailments, with a same day consultation at a time that suits you.
GP appointments
Patients and receptionists are not able to book directly into GP appointments. All GP appointment requests are reviewed by a clinician before being booked as part of our Total Triage appointment system.
You can submit an appointment request in several different ways:
- Contact us to request an appointment by submitting a request online
- Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or NHS App to request an appointment
- Phone us on 020 7738 7030 and our reception team can help you complete an appointment request
We offer face-to-face, telephone, online and video consultations and will offer you the best appointment for your needs. If you need an examination or test, we will ask you to come in.
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs

- Request an Appointment Online
Appointment SMS Reminders
We will send you an automated text message 24 hours in advance of your appointment to remind you. If you no longer wish to attend the appointment, please follow the instructions to CANCEL. This will remove the booked appointment and allow another patient to use it.
Interpreting Services
If you need an interpreter for your consultations, the reception staff will be able to arrange this for most languages, providing you inform reception at the time of booking your appointment. Information in various languages is available at reception and in the waiting area.
