We are committed to tackling and reducing crime, anti-social behaviour and the fear of crime and to provide a safer environment for patients, staff and any other individuals who attend the Beckett House Practice.

In order to undertake our functions safely, it is necessary for us to collect and hold CCTV video footage and images of individuals. The purpose for collecting and holding this information is as follows:

- CCTV video footage and images of individuals
- vehicle registration numbers
- details of crime incidents
- anti-social behaviour incidents
- information regarding neighbour disputes and community conflicts
- specific locations relating to activities of individuals

Reasons for processing personal information
There is no specific legal limit for CCTV retention in the UK. We hold the footage for 6 months. All CCTV footage is held securely and disposed of confidentially.
