Join the Beckett House Practice as a patient

You can register with us online

If you wish to register you will need to complete a registration form. When you have completed all of the details, click on the "Submit Form" button to mail your form to us. We will send you a message once you are registered.

• If you live in our practice area and want to register with us, please complete a registration form online or in person. You can check if you address is in our practice catchment area on this page.  
• If you live outside our practice area you can also register with us, but we will not be able to provide home visits.  We may ask you to register at a GP practice closer to your home if your individual circumstances mean it will be safer for you. 
• If you are ill while away from home or visiting, you can register as a temporary patient for up to three months. To register as a temporary patient, you will need to speak to our receptionists.  
• Overseas visitor? You may qualify for access to free NHS services, or you may need to pay a contribution, depending on the NHS regulations.

If you are moving to a new address, please complete our change of details form. If you move outside our catchment area, you may have to register with another practice.

Your Named GP

All patients have a named GP who is responsible for your overall care. You can book appointments with any GP at the surgery. If you would like a specific named GP, the practice will try to accommodate your request. If you want to know who is your named GP, please ask at reception.
