New GP Appointment System from 5th June 2025
We’ve introduced a new Total Triage system to help you get the right care, faster.
All requests for GP appointments are now reviewed by a senior clinician before being booked. This means urgent problems are dealt with quickly, and you’re seen by the most appropriate member of our team.
New! To request a GP appointment, go to our website and choose Submit a New Request or, in the NHS App, choose "Contact your GP about a health problem".
If you can't do this yourself, you can go through the form with one of our receptionists, over the phone or in person.
