Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting 

Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting at Beckett House Practice on Thursday 23 April, from 6.30 to 8.00pm.

This will be a friendly and relaxed evening, and a really good chance to share your views, ask questions, and hear what’s coming next at the practice. Everyone is welcome, you don’t need any special knowledge or experience.

We’ll be talking about two main things:

• EMMA, our digital receptionist: We’d like to say a big thank you for your patience while we have been testing EMMA. This meeting is a chance to tell us what you think, ask questions, and help shape what happens next. We’ll be joined by Jack from the EMMA team.
• Plans to improve the practice building: 

We’re excited to share early plans to renovate and improve the premises. Malcolm from the ICB primary care premises team will be joining us to explain the plans and answer questions.

You’ll also have the chance to meet and chat with some of our practice team and other patients, and enjoy an open, friendly discussion.
