Dr Toyne qualified as a doctor in 1991 at The Royal Free Hospital London and then as a GP in 1998. She has been a partner at the practice since 2001. She has a diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology and family planning. Dr Toyne is a GP trainer. Her special interests include chronic disease management, clinical safety and prescribing.
